I would like to thank FileWorks for the excellent service you have provided to Arup in Dublin.

You came to our offices, all five them, in early 2007 and surveyed our "extensive" paper filing. With great leadership, and much good humour, you coaxed us into archiving and discarding all superfluous files in advance of our move to our new home in Ringsend. You reduced our active paper filing to below what we thought was already an ambitious target.

For the actual office move, you managed the packing and unpacking of files into our new storage units, allowing our office to be up and running almost as soon as staff arrived for work at the new premises. Each employee had their files in the correct storage units, ready for use. This was a real advantage for them.

You came to Arup in Dublin as a result of a recommendation. We have since recommended you to colleagues in Limerick and Leeds, and to other firms, some of which are planning office moves. We believe that you provided Arup with real value for money and made a difference to our staff over the last year. As a result, we intend to use FileWorks on an ongoing basis to maintain the real improvements in our paper filing and storage.
